X Twitter Takeover. There are two takeover types; Trend takeovers, formerly known as trending topics, allow brands to place a sponsored ad in the trending tab or the what’s happening section, while Timeline takeovers are when an ad appears as soon as someone opens X Twitter, right at the very top of their timeline.
Branded Hashtags means that if someone uses your hashtag, then a visual component will appear, like an emoji, to help you stand out.
