So many websites fail to clearly define their company’s service offering.

The Challenge


The Phoenix Group contacted Air Social to help them refine their existing branding and modify their website to create a clearer user journey for their customers.

As a company, they offered two distinct service areas, Technology and Communications, targeted at two separate audiences but this was not evident when looking at their existing website. This was resulting in a confusing user experience for potential and existing customers, was having a negative impact on customer conversion and bounce rate.


Our Approach

Air Social’s task was to solve the solution and come up with an overarching brand identity that clearly defined and showcased the separate sub-brands.

Air Social created a development plan to implement improvements within the existing website structure, which divided the business into three distinct sections; the main parent brand, and the two distinct services (Communications and Technologies).

Careful use of brand colours provided the main differentiator between the sections while also clearly connecting each part to the parent-brand identity. This was then applied across The Phoenix Group’s social media output to tie together all of their online presence under one unifying identity.

The Results

Not only has the resulting re-brand enable The Phoenix Group to reach the right audiences but the brand has seen an increase in engagement on social media too, which has resulted in a better customer conversion rate.
