Paid Media Manager

Air Social are an award-winning digital advertising agency based on Guildford High Street.

We are a well-established digital marketing agency that specialises in lead generation. Placing social strategy at the centre of all our digital marketing campaigns, we work with businesses and brands to get their message across to the right people at the right time.

We’re a really ambitious team of 10 people, and the company is growing quickly, so need more awesome people to join us and play a key role in our journey!

We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to work with us in our Guildford office who we can add to our talented #TeamAirSocial, with a great understanding of media strategy, social advertising and PPC advertising (around 2+ years experience with paid social media and Google Ads). You will work closely with all the account teams to set and deliver paid advertising strategies that align closely with the critical social and business objectives of our clients.

2+ years’ experience in the setup and delivery of PPC advertising
Google Certified or Facebook Blueprint certification will give you a huge advantage
You’ll be managing multiple clients advertising so agency experience would be a huge advantage
This role requires someone who can manage their time efficiently, produce excellent results and pay attention to detail.
Think Analytical – working out the best way to achieve client objectives with creativity, problem-solving and evaluation of results. An analytical way of thinking means you can navigate the choices logically and systematically, testing different approaches and comparing the outcomes and adjusting accordingly.
Passion for Learning – we run a ‘Workshop Wednesday’ where all the team take part in skill swapping. And we are all about learning and keeping on top of trends and making sure our finger is always on the pulse! You will need to always keep up to speed on any changes to the advertising platforms that will impact clients results.
