The Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust provides mental health, learning disability and neurodevelopmental services to people living in south east England.

The Challenge

The Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust was looking to recruit for various nursing roles across the region. The primary focus was on nurses within Band 5 – 7 across Sussex and Urgent Care & CAMS nurses in West Sussex.

Our Approach

Utilising Meta (including Facebook and Instagram) plus Google platforms, we created a highly targeted advertising campaign designed to encourage nurses to apply for the roles. Specific search terms were used in the campaign to make sure it reached individuals with the correct skills and those exploring new opportunities.

The Results

The client was really pleased with how well the campaign performed. In total, the ads reached more than 450,000 users in the month they ran and were seen an impressive 1.3 million times.

Considering the audience was quite broad, the engagement rate was strong, with a total of 8,417 users clicking through to the website. In addition to achieving thousands of clicks to the websites, the ads also achieved 215 post reactions, 34 comments and 37 saves.
