Grantley is one of the leading estate agents in Surrey and West Sussex.
Grantley appointed Air Social after struggling to gain results from traditional print PR and marketing.
The company had built a reputation as one of the leading sales and lettings businesses in the area but needed to stay ahead of the curve in a competitive marketplace.
Grantley had little experience in online sales and marketing and required help harnessing the benefits of digital and social media more effectively. We also needed to bust the myth that online marketing is not effective in the luxury property sector in which Grantley operates.
Having acquired a number of new prestige lettings businesses locally, Grantley was also keen to refresh its branding to better reflect its position in the market.
From brand-boosting social media to a complete creative refresh, our work has been extensive and varied.
Initially, our work was focused on social media campaigns centred around brand awareness and sales and lettings promotion but this soon widened to include google advertising, lead generation and blog writing.
This enabled us to take a more rounded approach and we integrated blogs about other local businesses into our Instagram takeover campaigns to help boost followers organically.
To help sales of exclusive properties, we created targeted digital adverts based on affordability and directed people to property-specific microsites. We also set up a lettings-focused landing page for landlords looking for Grantley’s property management services.
In 2021 we delivered Grantley’s rebrand including concepts for window cards, stationery and the build and design of a new website.

Instagram takeover campaigns with local businesses have resulted in a huge organic boost in followers.
Within a few months of starting our social media work with Grantley, their follower numbers increased, organically, from less than 400 to over 1,000 and they continue to grow steadily.
More importantly, the local business takeovers have helped boost engagement, widening the reach of the brand’s message.
When it comes to digital advertising, one particular multi-million-pound property Grantley was struggling to sell due to the high price point and a challenging market, sold in less than four weeks of the start of our targeted campaign.
We continue to work with Grantley overseeing social media, digital, content and creative marketing across the entire group.
