Established in 2005, PK Education stands out as a specialist recruitment consultant, catering specifically to primary, secondary, and SEN schools across the UK.

The Challenge

PK Education works to intelligently match supply and permanent candidates with schools to help them find fulfilling roles in education. The organisation was looking to increase its pool of teaching talent and wanted to drive relevant followers and encourage engagement amongst its target audience. It also wanted to demonstrate itself as an industry thought leader, highlighting PK Education’s knowledge and understanding of the industry and provide advice on key issues for candidates.

The Approach

Working with PK for more than two years, we have supported the organisation with everything from organic social media and paid-for advertising to filming and video – applying a holistic approach to PK Education’s online marketing strategy. 

Working in close collaboration with PK’s team, we’ve fully immersed ourselves in their business to understand their target audience and developed a strategy to build their following – sharing interesting, fun and thought-provoking content as well as job opportunities. This has included the creation of eye-catching creative, video content and ad hoc integrated campaigns.

We have also delivered a robust digital marketing programme covering Meta, LinkedIn advertisement and SEO.

The Campaigns

As an organisation, PK Education is dedicated to providing resources for clients and candidates that further personal development and growth, and regularly runs campaigns to drive this commitment which we support with. 

These have included highlighting its work with Dr Helen Ross, a specialist focused on teaching professionals about driving positive change for those with dyslexia and specific learning difficulties. To drive awareness, we have developed video content for the website and also launched a digital marketing programme  to drive sign-ups for various webinars run by Dr Helen throughout the year.

Another key campaign focused on encouraging mothers back to teaching following maternity leave, demonstrating flexibility of roles and the abundance of support available as they navigate careers with young children. Similarly, we filmed video content with the team and developed a dedicated social and digital media programme to demonstrate the advantages of returning to teaching.
