Kendall Cars

Established in 1969, Kendall Cars is a unique family-run business which provides car and van rental, with 12 branches strategically located across South East England. With a diverse fleet of over 1,350 vehicles, Kendall Cars offers a wide range of options, from small and executive cars to pickup trucks and short-wheelbase vans. The organisation prides itself on ensuring that every customer’s needs are met with the highest quality service.

The Challenge

Although Kendall Cars was already a familiar car rental organisation on the roads of the South East, the business was looking to enhance its social media presence across Facebook, X and LinkedIn. 

The campaign aimed to drive enquiries across both its domestic and commercial fleets for short-term vehicle rentals. Following the success of the organic social media campaign, Kendall Cars decided to explore digital advertising.

The Approach

Following an in-depth discovery session to learn more about Kendall Cars’ customer base, we developed a robust social media campaign highlighting the benefits of vehicle rental through engaging and thought-provoking content. Utilising Kendall Cars’ key Meta channel, Facebook, we created eye-catching creative that incorporated key content pillars to ensure Kendall Cars could communicate important messages.

For the digital advertising, two separate campaigns were launched – focusing on B2B customers and B2C customers. Out of the 12 branches, the campaigns targeted three key areas, each slightly adapted to the specific location. The campaigns used vibrant and interesting imagery and video to encourage users to get a ‘free instant quote’.

The Results

Since working with Kendall Cars, the organic figures have been incredible, with more than 600,000 impressions and more than 4,000 engagements on Facebook alone. These have not only helped raise brand awareness but have also helped organically drive enquiries across both the domestic and commercial fleets.

Although still in its infancy, the digital marketing campaign has achieved impressive results, with a staggering ROI of more than £15,000. In just a month, the campaign received 284,888 impressions, 458 link clicks, and 17 purchases.
