The company needed to establish a stronger online presence that would communicate the value of its business and professional legal services effectively within a highly competitive local market.
With an outdated website proving difficult to navigate, potential clients were having difficulty searching for more information and sending enquiries for business or personal legal advice.
The website also wasn’t optimised for mobile search, creating further frustration for users. It was paramount that this was fixed first, before any digital advertising strategy was established.
Redesigning the website to become more user-friendly was the first step.
We created clearly defined and navigable areas for each aspect of Cheyney Goulding’s solicitor services and optimised the site for mobile devices, instantly opening up the potential for double the amount of online traffic.
We then created a bespoke landing page to ease data capture from future promotional campaigns.
Initial testing found that paid search provided maximum return on conversions so this became the focus of our digital advertising campaign and included links to the bespoke landing page with an enquiry form and ads curated to generate phone calls and online enquiries.
Our social media efforts were centred on supporting Cheyney Goulding’s presence with engaging organic content to boost awareness on various platforms.

We created two stand-out Google search campaigns to promote Cheyney Goulding’s services and generate new business leads.
