BLG Development Finance is a provider of development finance solutions for residential and commercial property developers. The company supports developers of all shapes and sizes with funding on small and large projects.

The Challenge

We were approached to provide support to enhance BLG’s social media presence and ensure the company is positioned front of mind amongst developers who require funding support.

Our Approach

We established a more structured approach to organic social media content.

We ensured engaging content was posted regularly and featured content covered a range of themes, including products and services promotion, case studies highlighting new developments BLG is supporting, industry news & opinions, and posts that showcase its company culture. In addition to the organic social media management, we also supported paid promotion of content on LinkedIn with the aim of reaching a wider, but still very relevant, audience of individuals who have an interest in property development. We have worked closely with the client to establish strong advertising content that positions BLG as a leader in the industry and encourages new and existing customers to engage with them when required.

The Results

Since March 2022, Air Social has helped BLG achieve LinkedIn follower growth of 330%, a 222% increase in post clicks, 198% increase in post engagements and is achieving an average engagement rate of 6.6%.
